About the Role

Position Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support key operational improvement projects within our supply chain organization. This role will focus on analyzing data, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and helping implement solutions related to inventory, procurement, and logistics.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead or support specific supply chain improvement projects (projects could include but not limited to: (Reporting/Tracking, Cost Analyzation, Operation and Logistics challenges, engineering initiatives (time studies, SOPs, etc.), and other potential programs.

· Contribute to ongoing supply chain projects by completing assigned tasks, research, or analysis.

· Collect, clean, and analyze data to support operational reporting and performance metrics.

· Build excel-based tools, dashboards, or reports to support supply chain decision-making.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvements.

· Present project findings and recommendations to the supply chain leadership team.

· Assist with daily supply chain activities

· Support warehouse, logistics, or procurement teams with routine tasks as assigned


Required Qualifications

· Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.

· Strong foundational analytical skills with the ability to interpret basic data sets.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently on defined projects and present results clearly.

· Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.

· Interest in operations, logistics, or procurement.



Physical Demands & Work Environment

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods while performing office or warehouse-related tasks.

· Regular use of a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment to complete analytical and administrative work.

· Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 20-25 pounds.

· May require bending, reaching, or crouching when working with inventory or assisting in warehouse areas.

· Ability to visually review reports, spreadsheets, inventory labels, and system data with attention to detail.

· Limited travel locally between work sites.
