THE ROLE:
At Astara, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Postgraduate Intern in Digital Analytics & Marketing to join our Global Digital Hub team. This internship is designed for postgraduate students or recent graduates who already have foundational experience in data analytics and digital marketing and want to further develop their skills in a dynamic, international environment.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with marketing data, campaign performance analysis, and digital insights, supporting different initiatives across the Digital Hub. You will collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to help translate data into actionable insights.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Data Analysis
- Support the analysis of digital marketing performance across channels such as paid media, CRM, and web platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Data Collection & Visualization
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing marketing and business data from multiple sources, contributing to dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making.
Reporting & Insights
- Help prepare regular reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools, summarizing campaign results and key performance indicators.
Campaign Performance Support
- Collaborate with the team to track and evaluate digital campaigns, helping identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and data best practices, contributing ideas and insights to improve digital performance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's degree (postgraduate) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Foundational experience or academic background in data analysis and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of analytics or visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Funnel, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English.
