ACCOUNTABILITY:

To learn supply chain knowledge and customer service responsibility. To learn Lubrizol business and product. To conduct or assist projects for improvement based on the understanding for daily operation and process. 

End-to-end order management

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1. Order management

  • Order placement, ensuring accuracy in order details, coordinating with other teams such as Logistics, Demand & Supply Planner, and other functions to ensure timely delivery. Distribute invoices and other documentation to customers, banks and concerned parties in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process requests and deliveries for free of charge samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies, procedures and tools.
  • After-sales support through close monitoring and processing of rebates and claim.

 2. Performance monitoring

  • Contribute positively to CX KPI targets (delivery as request, e-Commerce, QS resolved rate, etc.)
  • Orders over forecast management (sales control): work with commercial, DP/SP to manage customers’ behavior.

 3. Process improvement and management

  • Participate in customer experience projects for system and process transformation.
  • Analyze historical data to identify improvement opportunities(BOBJ, PBI)
  • Successful hybrid for LEM/LSS business portfolio

 4. Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • No limitation to Professional Background and Supply Chain management is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Verbal and written)
  • Familiar with Power Query or Power PI to have data visualization and report
  • Ability to play in teamwork spirit and work with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced
