Job Description
About the Role:
Join Bosch Rexroth’s Digital Customer Experience and Marketing team to gain hands-on experience in regional business-to-business marketing, creative production, lead management, and campaign execution across multiple countries. This internship is designed for highly motivated individuals who want to build real marketing capabilities. You will work on campaigns, content creation, and digital enablement within a global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a variety of marketing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal presentations (e.g., graphics, short videos, posters, PowerPoint slides).
- Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.
- Create and adapt marketing assets in line with Bosch Rexroth brand guidelines.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for regional campaigns and internal use.
- Create simple motion graphics or visual enhancements.
- Write captions, subtitles, and short marketing copywriting.
- Assist with internal communications, including newsletter and updates related to marketing initiatives in Australia.
- Conduct market, campaign, user, and/or content research.
- Support coordination between different stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Assist in efforts to streamline content direction and documentation.
- Assist in updating and organizing marketing playbooks and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Project Contributions:
- Regional Social Media Hub: Contribute to the social media planning and campaign rollout for Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
- Market Research: Conduct desk research on competitors, market trends, and industry events to support initiatives across multiple countries.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or other related fields.
- Proficiency in Canva, Power Point, and other design tools.
- Strong command of English in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong interest in content creation and project management.
- Experience or willingness to learn video creation and editing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably 6 months of internship duration (*please indicate your internship period in your resume*).
