Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  • Aid in the drafting, refinement, and formatting of various financial documents, reports, and statements to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct systematic filing and documentation of financial records to maintain orderly, secure, and easily accessible archives.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies in financial data and work towards timely resolution to support accurate financial reporting.

  • Provide support in the organization and execution of financial audits, including the preparation of necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma III (D-III) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of financial reconciliation processes and accounting standards.

  • Familiarity with tax processes and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for systematic filing and documentation.

  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
