About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Internship, Brand Marketing to join our team at Carlsberg Malaysia. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in executing real marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, and bringing brand initiatives to life from ideation to execution.

You will be exposed to the fast-paced world of FMCG marketing — supporting brand plans, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns. What you’ll be doing

 

  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns based on approved brand plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely rollout of marketing initiatives
  • Assist in campaign tracking, coordination, and execution across channels
  • Monitor and follow up on vendor payments and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to brand activation activities and on-ground execution

Requirements:

 

  • A Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months internship
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong execution skills
