About the Role

Job Summary

Are you an active university student interested in HR operations and people analytics, and eager to gain hands‑on experience working with data, reports, and HR processes in a global organization?

People & Culture – HR Operations & Analytics
The role is based in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico (on site). You will be part of a collaborative, analytical, and service‑oriented HR team, supporting data‑driven decision making and day‑to‑day HR operations.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Support HR operational and administrative processes, including documentation, follow‑ups, and system updates.
  • Manage and analyze HR databases, reports, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, charts, and analyses using Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).
  • Support invoicing activities, vendor follow‑up, and coordination with Finance related to HR services.
  • Help maintain data accuracy for headcount, turnover, and other people metrics.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting tools.
  • Address employee inquiries by providing guidance on HR platforms, policies, and processes through ticketing systems.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Currently enrolled as an active university student.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, people analytics, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in automation, macros, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Intermediate English, with ability to understand written reports and communicate basic information.
  • Availability to work part‑time from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
