About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Job Requirements

1. Currently enrolled student with a full-time bachelor's degree or higher; graduates of the class of 2027 preferred. Native Korean proficiency, with working proficiency in Chinese for daily and professional communication.
2. Strong comprehension, language expression, communication, and coordination skills; outstanding personal communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure, strong learning capability, sense of responsibility, principle, and team spirit.
4. Business-oriented mindset; experience/interest in participating in business/marketing competitions is a plus; social media savvy is an advantage.

Job Description

1. Responsible for introducing and maintaining brand vendors and various channels, establishing extensive and in-depth partnerships, and ensuring the smooth execution of all related business processes and compliance standards.
2. Based on departmental strategy, fully engage in and manage designated brand products as well as vendor and channel partnerships, guiding brand vendors in optimizing product planning, marketing, campaign design, merchandise operations, pre-sales and after-sales support, page enhancement, and review/comment management, ensuring maximum brand growth.
3. Lead communication and negotiations with brand vendors and channels to secure optimal cooperation terms and support, including cost price, rebates, fees, promotions, new product launches, etc., ensuring the company obtains the best possible partnership and policy support.
4. Develop operational and competitive strategies for assigned brand products, monitor competitor pricing, and ensure JD.com’s price competitiveness.
5. Break down and refine targets set by senior management, formulate corresponding strategies, and ensure targets are exceeded.
