The Emirates NBD University Work Placements Program is a structured internship initiative designed to support university students at different stages of their academic journey through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences within the banking sector.

This program provides students with real business exposure, practical assignments, and mentorship from experienced professionals across various departments. It enables participants to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic corporate environment while developing core technical, analytical, and professional skills. The initiative plays a key role in strengthening our entry-level talent pipeline, particularly through final-year work placements and the Intern-to-Hire model.

High-performing interns are evaluated for potential transition into full-time roles, creating a seamless pathway from university to employment.
