Intern - Community Impact

In Short:

Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Start date: 1st September 2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship

Your Mission: 

In this role, you will be supporting our most impactful time of the year. You’ll work closely with the Community Impact team to turn our corporate values into tangible community action through the following:

• Support "Give Back Month": Act as a project coordinator our largest annual initiative, helping to organize volunteer events, and ensure every team member has a meaningful way to participate.
• Create engaging content -from internal updates to impact summaries - that celebrates our collective contributions and inspires others to get involved.
• Manage the "behind-the-scenes" details of community events, including tracking participation metrics and coordinating supplies or event materials.
• Assist with various tasks such as managing donation requests, updating our impact database, and preparing materials for community events.
• Conduct research on emerging community needs and impact best practices to help the team innovate our outreach efforts.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track.
• You are motivated by the idea of making a positive difference and want to learn how businesses can be a force for good in the world.
• You view challenges as learning opportunities and aren't afraid to ask "why" or "how can we do this better?"
