OBJETO DE LA PRÁCTICA

Diseñar una estrategia integral de amplificación comercial para el lanzamiento de orforglipron en España que identifique cómo alcanzar a 10 veces más profesionales sanitarios, pacientes y stakeholders que en el lanzamiento de Mounjaro, abarcando tanto el segmento de obesidad (pago privado) como el de diabetes (reembolsado). La estrategia debe estar fundamentada en datos, ser accionable y específica para el mercado español."

ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR


Amplificación del alcance del lanzamiento
Identificar cómo alcanzar a 10 veces más HCP (profesionales de la salud) y actores clave en comparación con Mounjaro. Mapear segmentos, geografías y
canales no explotados en las áreas de obesidad y diabetes.


Estrategia de contenido para Healthcare Professionals (HCP)
Diseñar un plan de contenido adaptado a los nuevos profesionales de la salud alcanzados. Definir tipos de contenido, mensajes y frecuencia (cadence) para
cada segmento de clientes e indicación terapéutica.


Estrategia digital
Desarrollar el modelo de interacción (engagement) digital para respaldar la expansión del alcance. Definir canales, plataformas y tácticas para conectar con los HCP a gran escala de manera impactante y en cumplimiento con la normativa.


Planificación del proyecto
El perfil MBA corporativo diseñará su propio plan de proyecto de 8 semanas como primer entregable, estableciendo hitos, prioridades y puntos de control en todas las líneas de trabajo (workstreams).
Una presentación con una estrategia basada en datos que abarca la amplificación del alcance, el desarrollo de contenidos para profesionales de la salud (HCP) y la interacción digital; además del plan de proyecto propio del MBA corporativo como punto de partida.
