About the Role

Lo stage si inserisce all’interno dell’area IT/MarTech con l’obiettivo di supportare le attività legate alla gestione, integrazione e analisi dei dati cliente attraverso piattaforme di Customer Data Platform (CDP) e strumenti digitali.

La risorsa affiancherà il team nelle seguenti attività:

  • supporto nella raccolta, normalizzazione e analisi dei dati provenienti da diversi touchpoint digitali;
  • utilizzo di piattaforme CDP per la segmentazione e l’attivazione dei dati a fini di marketing;
  • collaborazione allo sviluppo di iniziative di personalizzazione delle comunicazioni e delle esperienze utente;
  • supporto all’implementazione di flussi di marketing automation e campagne omnicanale;
  • monitoraggio delle performance e creazione di reportistica per l’analisi dei risultati.

Inoltre, il/la tirocinante sarà coinvolto/a in progetti innovativi, inclusi use case legati all’Intelligenza Artificiale (es. modelli predittivi, raccomandazioni personalizzate, analisi comportamentale), con l’obiettivo di:

  • migliorare la customer experience lungo tutto il customer journey;
  • sviluppare insight data-driven a supporto delle strategie digitali e di business.

Il ruolo offre l’opportunità di acquisire competenze trasversali in ambito dati, tecnologia e marketing digitale, lavorando in un contesto dinamico e orientato all’innovazione.
