As a Back Office Assistant, and a valued member of the Firenze Calzaiuoli team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Support Store Managers in planning store team schedules and monitoring discrepancies in the company management system
  • Plan and manage the vacation calendar and training schedule
  • Organize recruitment for new hires: CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Onboard new joiners: plan onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and manage filing/archiving
  • Manage supplies (through internal systems and external vendors); familiarity with SAP
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures (policies and safety regulations)
  • Continuously improving efficiency and ensuring proper maintenance of operations related to warehouse audits

  • Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
