About the Role

Practicalities

Your team

You will be joining the Commercial department, which consists of around 40 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

Your role

You will be responsible for growing the inventory, the bookings and the revenue within your assigned market(s). The position combines sales and account management tasks related to your portfolio of customers (landlords).

  • Acquiring and reactivating customers through cold calling to build your own portfolio of clients and properties.
  • Onboard and educate customers on our products and services to maximise and accelerate their success.
  • Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with your existing customers to maximise value and offer a great customer experience.
  • Negotiate with customers to maximise both the value we deliver and the value we capture (grow the account, upselling, etc.)
  • Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Train and develop yourself in order to increase your sales performance and maximise your overall impact on the business.

Your profile 

We are looking for individuals who want to own their role and grow their skills. You are:

  • You speak English on an above-average level and Italian on a native level. 
  • You have strong communication skills and you are not afraid to pick up the phone. 
  • You consider yourself results-driven and eager to learn.
  • You are a student or recent graduate.
  • You are available on a full-time basis for 6 months.
