We are looking for a Pre-Sales Intern who has strong communication skills and is able to interact with customers in a professional manner to qualify sales opportunities and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers and provide an overview of the company’s products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and determine their readiness to purchase.
  • Collect and update basic customer information in the system.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team to complete the sales process.
  • Follow up with customers at an initial level and encourage engagement.


Requirements
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must be Saudi and eligible for the Tamheer Program.
  • Must be registered with HRDF and have uploaded their graduation certificate.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and system usage skills.
