EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

• Education
  High School Diploma Must be enrolled full-time in college or university with a GPA of 3.0 or better, graduate status 
   

JOB DUTIES

• The student intern will support basic research activities in Dr. Sangeetha Reddy's lab at UT Southwestern, including assisting with literature reviews, data organization, specimen/sample tracking, and general laboratory documentation. 
• The intern may help prepare materials for ongoing research projects, maintain organized records, and support routine administrative or research-related tasks under supervision. 
• This role will provide the student with exposure to laboratory operations, research workflows, and the importance of accuracy, compliance, and collaboration in an academic medical research setting. 
• The intern will work closely with lab staff to learn foundational research skills while contributing to the overall efficiency of the lab.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
