About The Company
The Delaware Entrepreneurial Center at Ohio Wesleyan's mission is to create a collaborative, innovative, and imaginative space that facilitates value creation and professional development. The Delaware Entrepreneurial Center at OWU is housed at 70 S. Sandusky St. and includes rentable office spaces, a shared work area for center members, a conference center with digital meeting capabilities, and educational programming to support entrepreneurial understanding and success. About the Role

     Student Worker – Smith Center

     Number of Openings: 1

 

Purpose/Objective of the Role:

  • Improve the design and layout of the Smith Center website
  • Make every page and every document accessible to new standards
  • Research and write drafts for new documents

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the director of the Smith Center for designing the new 
  • Wordpress site for the Smith Center for Faculty Excellence website.
  • Collaborate with the Director to create a template for every document on the Smith Center website
  • Generate suggestions for consistency in labels, first words, links, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Wordpress knowledge is essential
  • Web design very important
  • Sense of design and layout important

Potential Future Career Benefit:

  • Web design work
