Job Summary


Reporting to the Brand Experience Specialist, the Brand Experience Intern will support the Brand Experience team in the planning, preparation and execution of trade show and event marketing initiatives throughout the summer. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of brand experience, event marketing and promotional strategy.


This role will spend a significant amount of time working in our warehouse and trade show space assisting with organization, inventory management, packing and shipping event materials, booth assets and branded merchandise. In addition to supporting day-to-day event preparation, the intern will assist with projects related to brand premiums, inventory documentation, process development and sales incentive trip planning. 


You have already accomplished (required):

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event      Management or another related field 
  • Experience using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Ability to lift and move trade show materials, boxes and display items as needed 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • Interest in event marketing, trade shows or experiential marketing 
  • Previous internship, campus leadership or event coordination experience 
  • Familiarity with inventory organization or logistics 
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining our trade show warehouse and event inventory areas. 
  • Pack,ship, receive and organize trade show materials, branded merchandise and display assets. 
  • Support the preparation and breakdown of small event and trade show materials. 
  • Assist in tracking and inventorying brand premiums and promotional products. 
  • Help document and improve processes related to brand premium ordering, inventory tracking and warehouse organization. 
  • Assist the team in evaluating and organizing branded merchandise selections and promotional materials. 
  • Support planning efforts for a company sales incentive trip including research, organization and logistics coordination. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners to support event and merchandising initiatives. 
  • Maintain digital records and organizational systems for event materials, inventory and project documentation.
