Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support client experience and communication. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial services operations while focusing on client communication, workflow support, and content execution.
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Experience
- Coordinate and send client communications, including emails and updates
- Manage meeting confirmations and scheduling follow-ups
- Provide status updates to clients regarding underwriting, account opening, and outstanding requirements
- Support a positive and timely client onboarding experience
Underwriting & Onboarding Support
- Assist with tracking underwriting and account opening progress
- Communicate requirements and updates to clients clearly and professionally
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow (non-operations role; no involvement in investment operations processing)
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with feed lists and audience targeting for communications
- Support planning and posting of content across channels
- Help organize and execute email communications and outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation
Base Salary Range
$20 per hour- 10-15 hours per week
