About the Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support client experience and communication. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial services operations while focusing on client communication, workflow support, and content execution.

 

Responsibilities

Client Communication & Experience

  • Coordinate and send client communications, including emails and updates
  • Manage meeting confirmations and scheduling follow-ups
  • Provide status updates to clients regarding underwriting, account opening, and outstanding requirements
  • Support a positive and timely client onboarding experience

 

Underwriting & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with tracking underwriting and account opening progress
  • Communicate requirements and updates to clients clearly and professionally
  • Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow (non-operations role; no involvement in investment operations processing)

 

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist with feed lists and audience targeting for communications
  • Support planning and posting of content across channels
  • Help organize and execute email communications and outreach campaigns

 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Compensation

Base Salary Range

$20 per hour- 10-15 hours per week
