What impact you’ll make
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Mexico HR team across operational, employee experience, and organizational initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to employee support, onboarding, HR communications, employee engagement, and coordination with business leaders and regional HR teams. Reporting directly to the Mexico HR Leader, this position offers a valuable opportunity to develop experience in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new hire coordination to help ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Follow up on HR-related actions with cross-functional partners such as Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and People Operations.
  • Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, site events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Participate in ERG initiatives and support inclusion and culture-building activities.
  • Assist with data validation, audit activities, and process review tasks.
  • Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently and collaboratively.

  • This role is based in Samara, Mexico City.
