Alera Group is seeking an Intern to join their Property and Casualty team in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting client service teams with client initiatives and deliverables
    • documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, data collection
  • Collaborate with colleagues in meetings, trainings and through mentorship opportunities
  • Dedicate time and attention to learning and understanding Alera Group tools and systems
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry within internal systems

  • Support Raleigh, North Carolina's initiatives, goals and team while asking questions and seeking to understand 
  • Communicate progress and updates proactively with colleagues    
  • Learn about the Property and Casualty Insurance vertical through hands-on and proactive engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in a related or similar field of study (i.e. business, risk management)
  • Professional communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and take feedback well

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-service environment

  • Local to Raleigh, North Carolina

This job is expected to be performed Onsite.
