​​Responsibilities

• Support the transformation team in planning and execution of new technology, automation, and smart factory related projects.

• Review and generate reports for operations & business processes to drive continuous improvement and cost saving. 

• Assist in developing standard work for operations and business processes improvements.

• Collect and analyze data to make recommendations for better and scalable solutions.

• Support process improvement (CORE-Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to achieve business and enterprise objectives.

• Participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.

• Good in planning, project, and time management skills.

• Keen interests in learning new Technology & Process Improvement tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Data Analytics skills in using Power Bi or any relevance is a plus. 

Learning Outcome 

• Exposure to Aerospace MRO Industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing

• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)
