Our Internship Program 

From day one, you will work in high-energy teams tackling some of the biggest questions in the industry. 
Our internship program typically includes opportunities to work on projects such as: 
- Developing global pricing strategies for innovative therapies 
- Designing global commercial strategies for advanced healthcare products 
- Conducting due diligence and market assessments for novel products 
- Supporting optimal clinical trial design for pipeline products 
Through these experiences, you will gain hands-on exposure to the intersection of science, business, and strategy, helping to shape the future of global healthcare solutions. 

We look for individuals with ambition and curiosity—those eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Our work involves a steep learning curve, but we are committed to providing the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed and thrive with us. 

Eligibility 
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program during the internship period 
- Fluency in Japanese language (fluent) and English language (fluent) 
- Ability to work full-time during the agreed internship period 

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong motivation to learn and take on new challenges 
- Proven academic achievement at your institution 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills 
- Academic background in biology, chemistry, medical studies, pharmacology, empirical studies (e.g. data science, biostatistics, empirical microeconomics) is a plus
