Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organizing regulatory dossiers for new flavoring substances.
  • Support the collection, compilation, and preliminary drafting of technical documentation for new flavor substances.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory documentation related to flavor submissions and registrations.
  • Review and summarize domestic regulations related to flavors and flavorings.
  • Review and summarize international regulations, standards, and technical guidelines related to flavor substances.
  • Support the team in researching regulatory and technical reference materials.
  • Provide day‑to‑day assistance on flavor regulatory and technical projects.
  • Support general administrative and coordination tasks related to flavor regulatory activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level); major not strictly limited.
  • Preferred academic background in flavors, food science, chemistry, applied chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or related fields.
  • College English Test (CET‑4) or above, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
  • Prior academic background or internship/work experience in the flavors or food industry is a plus.
  • Diligent, responsible, and detail‑oriented, with strong learning ability.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and self‑driven mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Availability to work at least three days per week and commit for a minimum of six months.
  • Prior work or internship experience in the same or related industry is preferred.
  • Good spoken English skills are a plus.
