About the Role

Looking for an internship for 2026 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands‑on experience into our business. The internship will be conducted in our Manila offices, with the final duration aligned with the agreement between TP ICAP and your university.

We are recruiting number of Interns to join our Technology team, where you will gain unique insight into Automation Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure Operations, the people who perform these functions, and our industry. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will vary depending on your placement, offering a meaningful opportunity to develop foundational technical knowledge, professional skills, and exposure to real‑world technology environments.

What you can expect:

  • Supporting automation initiatives, including assisting with the development, testing, and enhancement of scripts and workflows.

  • Assisting engineering teams with system configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation updates.

  • Participating in infrastructure activities such as monitoring, service request handling, and incident logging.

  • Exposure to cloud environments, networks, operating systems, and enterprise technology platforms.

  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve system reliability.

  • Contributing to process enhancements, technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

  • Working on real‑world technical projects guided by experienced professionals. 

What we require from you:

You will be an existing student in your penultimate year of study, expecting to graduate between October 2026 and August 2027.

You bring:

  • A passion for working with technology, problem‑solving, automation, and continuous learning.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.

  • Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Comfort navigating evolving and ambiguous situations.

  • Prior exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

  • (Preferred) Familiarity with scripting languages, engineering tools, or basic infrastructure concepts.
