The Position

Boehringer Ingelheim Türkiye is searching for an HR Intern who will support our HR processes, adding a personal contribution to the employee journey.

Responsibilities

Human Resources Intern will support HR Responsibilities and HR Executive in all operational processes (organization of interviews, control of employment documents, reference checks, preparation of certificates, preparation of visa documents).

  •  Tackle inquiries, assist with internal and external HR requests, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
  •  Handle comprehensive HR records, keeping track of employee data while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
  •  Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR functions like payroll and employee benefits.
  •  Coordinate HR events, schedule meetings and interviews, contributing to a well-organized HR division.
  •  Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to create welcoming experiences for new team members.

 

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of HR procedures and a track record of best practices in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, mastering new HR software and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a clear communication.
  • Excellent organizational aptitude, coupled with the capacity to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with HR data, analytics, and process improvement, demonstrating a strategic approach to HR solutions.
  • Student in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or a related field (3rd or 4th year student)
  • Mastery in English
  • Able to continue for 5 days per week and for 6 months, during school term min 3 days is expected.
