About the Role

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Almaty. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Revenue Management and Category Management, contributing to key commercial processes and market insights.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to pricing strategies, in-store execution, and market data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

Revenue Management

  • Support analysis of trade investments (Gross-to-Net), including trade spend structure and client P&L
  • Assist in post-evaluation analysis and preparation of key insights
  • Contribute to price architecture development, including:
  • SKU price positioning vs competitors (PIX)
  • Price pack analysis and 3NP group approach
  • Price increase processes and pricing procedures

 

Category Management

  • Support implementation and monitoring of MyPS (Perfect Store) standards both nationally and per client 
  • Analyze market and retail data vs competitors using external sources (e.g. Nielsen, Vertical, Gamma, RS) 
  • Assist in the launch of innovations, including: 
    • Setting KPIs by channel and client
    • Volume estimation and performance tracking

About You:

  • Students of last year or recent graduates in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Management
  • Strong interest in data analysis and commercial processes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (Intermediate / B1 or higher)
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with data and derive insights
