About the Role

Introduction


Join Euronext’s Integration & Portfolio Management team as a Project Portfolio Management apprentice in Paris. You will be part of the Group Project Portfolio Management Office (GPMO), supporting the coordination and enhancement of project management practices across the organisation. Note that the activity of GPMO is not related to the management of portfolios of financial assets. The Group Portfolio Management Office (GPMO) currently comprises 5 people, 2 are based in Paris, 2 in Milan and 1 in Porto.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Organising and participating in interactive meetings and online training sessions for the Euronext Project Manager Community

  • Supporting the continuous enhancement programme at GPMO level, focusing on straight-through processes, stakeholders’ skills management, and quality of reporting and tools

  • Monitoring project progress across the portfolio and underlying data quality, particularly through the weekly reporting cycle and follow-up with Project Managers

  • Helping to maintain the Group Project Management application (PM App), Resource Management Tool (RUNN), document repository (SharePoint), and key logs for the GPMO Team

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly portfolio reports for key governance bodies, including reports to the Managing Board

  • Liaising with relevant departments and colleagues to gather required elements for reports

  • Assisting with regular updates to the Group Project Management Policy and related processes

  • Suggesting and participating in the implementation of enhancements in project and portfolio management

  • Suggesting and participating in the implementation of AI based process streamlining and in easing AI adoption. All of this in the scope of project and portfolio management

  • Maintaining a complete audit trail of all key GPMO actions

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (computer engineering or data science, project management or similar)

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, VS Code, Copilot) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Dax, Power Automate)

  • Interest in project management and process improvement

  • English fluency required; French is a plus
