                                  INTERN PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities 

• Entering supplier orders into the ERP system in line with existing forecasts and price lists
• Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates
• Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered
• Report on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times
• Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in economics, political science or engineering, or equivalent qualifications

• A short period of previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work cooperatively with an international team, ability to handle requests and enter data
• excellent familiarity with IT applications.

• Required fluency in English (spoken and written) 

The position is located in Cassina de Pecchi (Milano) 

We are offering a 6-month internship with compensation of 800 euros gross per month, meal tickets of 7€ and 8 days of remote work per month.
