Working Student / Intern – Chief of Staff Associate (f/m/d)

Your mission

Join ProGlove, the leader in industrial wearable technology, and gain exposure at the intersection of strategy, business development, and corporate leadership. You’ll operate at the heart of a fast-scaling IoT innovator and work directly with our senior leadership team. 
What You’ll Do 

• Shape and execute ProGlove's Company Strategy and ProGrowth Plan priorities alongside the CoS
• Build and own board-level presentations, performance tracking, and executive reporting from first draft to final delivery
• Lead strategic initiatives across the organization, from problem framing through to execution, not just slide support
• Navigate cross-functional complexity across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance with direct exposure to senior leadership decision-making
• Identify and pitchy our own initiatives, we expect it from Day 1

Your profile

What We’re Looking For 

• Enrolled in a Business, Economics, Management or similar degree program (Top 20% of class; please include Z-score)
• Previous experience (internship or similar) in management consulting, high-growth startup, or strategic function with measurable results
• Builders with analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with (agentic) AI tools is required, not optional. We use AI to multiply output, not as a gimmick.
• End-to-end ownership from Day 1, you’ll lead projects, not just support them
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, you can break down ambiguous problems and synthesize to a clear point of view
• You take ownership before you are asked to. You identify what is missing, propose a solution, and move. You do not wait for directions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with incomplete information, and resilient enough to push through without escalating every decision
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must; German a plus
