Your mission

 

Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain professional experience? We are looking for an Intern to join our team in Gdańsk for a 6-month placement.
As a Spare Parts Technical Support Engineer Intern, you will play a vital role as a point of contact for spare parts enquiries. Your goal is to deliver the best possible customer support by advising our service network on the correct part numbers and retrofit kits, ensuring our customers receive the technical guidance they need.

 

Duration: 6 Months (Ideally starting in June)

Location: Hiab Office in Gdańsk (On-site, Monday–Friday)

Key responsibilities

 

  • Support our service network in identifying the correct spare parts and retrofit kits to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Speed up responsiveness and secure the functionality of Hiab products and the flow of parts.
  • Collaborate and align with other departments within Hiab.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Product Lifecycle Managers, R&D, Parts Catalogues team) and external partners (Dealers, Importers, and Suppliers).

What we are looking for

 

  • You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Electrical, Hydraulic, and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is considered an added value.
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
  • Competencies: strong customer focus, a proactive, "can-do" attitude, excellent teamwork skills.
