About the Role

Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.


MSRC is seeking a part-time candidate to support survivability analysis of emerging Army missile technologies.

 

Job Description:

  • The candidate will work within a government-owned classified processing space.
  • The candidate will integrate missile trajectory and signature data into intelligence-based models and simulations.
  • The candidate will execute intelligence-based threat models and simulations and collect outputs in an organized manner.
  • The candidate will execute post-processing tools and analysis scripts on resulting data outputs, draw rational conclusions from the results, and organize conclusions into deliverable reports.
  • The candidate will report to the lab analysis lead and will interface with government customers.


Education:

  • Currently pursuing BS degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other relevant field.


Job Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years of experience in relevant engineering or data analysis disciplines required.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB required, Python preferred.
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux required.
  • Self-motivation and self-starter with strong organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment to meet analysis product schedules required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Candidate must be able to acquire and maintain an active security clearance.

 

Position is contingent upon contract and funding award.
