We are looking for talents for our 2026 Next Talent Program in Tashkent, Namangan, Urgench, and Samarkand.

The CCI Next Talent Program is a 9 - months structured development journey designed to immerse young talents into the dynamic ecosystem of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola System.Through interactive projects and hands on trainings, participants gain practical experience, enhance leadership capabilities and develop specialized expertise across key business functions.
Join us for an exceptional learning experience and get the perfect chance to showcase your talent in Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain and Public Affairs and Communications.

Eligibility Criteria
We would like you to be our Next Talent if you are/have;
- Graduated or will graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2026 in business management, Social Sciences and Engineering
- Maximum 1 year’s work experience after graduation
- Available to work full-time starting from September 2026
- For the Supply Chain department:
- Preferably Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Food and Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering students
- For the Finance department:
- Preferably ACCA or Accounting and Finance
- For the Sales & Marketing departments:
- Preferably Business Administration (BA), Marketing, Graphic Design, Economics or Psychology
- A driving license is an advantage
- Open to relocation
