SkillBridge participants at XSITE are embedded alongside experienced professionals on real projects that directly support national security. You won't be watching from the sidelines — you'll be contributing from day one. Throughout the program, participants receive structured mentorship, continuous feedback, and a final performance evaluation designed to support a successful transition. High-performing participants may be considered for full-time employment based on business needs and program outcomes.
