About the Role

Role Description
The Maintenance Administrative Assistant Intern will support the administrative activities of the Machine Maintenance and Central Maintenance departments. This role involves handling documentation, supporting audit preparation, controlling corrective work order data, assisting with visitor and contractor releases, and providing general administrative support using SharePoint and Office tools.

 

In your role, you will:

  • Support administrative activities related to the Machine Maintenance and Central Maintenance departments;
  • Organize and maintain documentation and evidence required for audits;
  • Receive, control, and input data related to corrective work orders;
  • Assist with visitor and contractor authorization and release processes;
  • Manage disposal-related documents and records;
  • Provide support for departmental administrative tasks using SharePoint;
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and organized filing systems;
  • Support daily operational and administrative routines of the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Administration Technician courses or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
