Job Description

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern JD v2 is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization’s success through strong execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate customer feedback from multiple sources into a centralized tracking system.
  • Categorize feedback by issue type, location, and business unit.
  • Produce monthly "Voice of Customer" reports identifying trends.
  • Track recurring customer pain points and frequency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
