2.3 拉动式排产的规则

2.4 数字化和可视化的开发

3. 日常IE活动的标准化
     Standardization of daily IE activities

     3.1 工艺文件的标准化和更新

     3.2 作业标工的复查和更新（通过进行操作分析和流程分析以及确定标准化流程来提升管理效率。）

     3.3 工装管理的流程和系统的研究（当前生产线的夹具和测试工装的系统化的管理思路）

     3.4 支持产线改造产能提升的项目

     3.5 支持DPS需求的工艺基础数据准备（更新SAP系统中的物料分配并跟踪生产维护问题）

4. 将完成经理分配的其他任务。
