About The Company
It provides a cloud-based 3D creation engine, which has lowered entry barriers to traditionally complex and difficult game creation. Redbrick’s 3D creation engine utilizes artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC), educational technology (EdTech), and blockchain technology, making it easy and fast for anyone to create games, metaverse, VR, and AR content. In addition, you can monetize your creations through the Redbrick Store. Currently, Redbrick has more than 200,000 UGC (user-generated content) creators and over a million users.

As a Finance Co-op on our Shared Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations that help our portfolio companies thrive. From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, expense management, and month-end support, you’ll play a meaningful role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing
As a Finance Co-op on the Redbrick Shared Services team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, approvals, and payment runs (AP)
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations (AR)
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
- Expense Management
- Support expense processes (credit cards, Expensify, Yooz, and Sage Intacct), ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and documented
- Communicate with portfolio companies on expense submissions
- Month-End Support
- Assist with close activities, including reconciliations and reporting, while gaining exposure to core accounting processes
- Administrative and Operations Support
- Maintain organized financial records
- Prepare bank deposits
- Provide ad hoc support as needed
