About The Company
It provides a cloud-based 3D creation engine, which has lowered entry barriers to traditionally complex and difficult game creation. From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, expense management, and month-end support, you’ll play a meaningful role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing

As a Finance Co-op on the Redbrick Shared Services team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Process invoices, approvals, and payment runs (AP)
    • Assist with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations (AR)
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
    • Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
  • Expense Management
    • Support expense processes (credit cards, Expensify, Yooz, and Sage Intacct), ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and documented
    • Communicate with portfolio companies on expense submissions
  • Month-End Support
    • Assist with close activities, including reconciliations and reporting, while gaining exposure to core accounting processes
  • Administrative and Operations Support
    • Maintain organized financial records
    • Prepare bank deposits
    • Provide ad hoc support as needed
