💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Intern, In Mobility Aftermarket Purchasing & Purchasing Quality Department - ASEAN you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Supplier Scouting (20%)

• Identify potential suppliers and document findings; research ASEAN trade agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

System Data & Contracts Maintenance (30%)

• Maintain data quality in purchasing systems and prepare contract documents for supplier signature routing.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals for mitigation checks.

Purchasing Support (20%)

• Assist with pricing inquiries, master data maintenance, and supplier communications.

Purchasing Quality (30%)

• Verify document accuracy and request technical information for ISIR activities.
• Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region and support new product releases and supplier problem-solving.

👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Interest in technical, automotive industry
• Multitask and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Speak fluent English and work in a multinational environment
