Summary:

Join our team as a graduate-level intern and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of hospital operations. In this role, you’ll support key business functions by assisting with data analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives that directly enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

You’ll also contribute to financial and operational reporting, procurement support, contract coordination, and project management—building practical skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This internship is designed to provide structured learning, meaningful project involvement, and the opportunity to make a difference while growing your career in healthcare business operations.

Schedule & Compensation:
This is a temporary part-time benefited position, offering a flexible schedule of 20–40 hours per week (day shift) to accommodate school commitments. The starting hourly rate is $20.65.

1. Matriculation in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, or related graduate degree, while possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
