Social Media Intern – Vitamin Well Denmark

Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.  

We are looking for a creative and curious Social Media Intern to join our team in Denmark and support the continued growth of Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells across social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in social media and content, who wants practical experience working with fast-paced lifestyle brands. You will support the team across content production, community engagement, trend spotting, and ongoing channel activities, while gaining insight into how brand and social strategy translate into engaging campaigns and communication.

About the role

As Social Media Intern, you will support our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms for Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells in Denmark.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will help create platform-relevant material while supporting the planning and execution of ongoing initiatives and campaigns. Staying up to date on trends, creators, formats, and cultural moments comes naturally to you, and you enjoy turning ideas into engaging content.

The role gives you the opportunity to build experience across influencer collaborations, community management, content planning, and day-to-day brand communication in a fast-moving environment.

The position reports to Head of Marketing Sweden & Denmark and is based in Copenhagen.

What you will be working on

• Content creation
  Support the creation and editing of content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Social media support
  Assist with planning, publishing, and coordinating social media content across both brands.

• Trend and platform monitoring
  Stay updated on social media trends, creators, formats, and platform developments, and share ideas and inspiration with the team.

• Community management
  Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content across channels.

• Influencer support
  Assist with influencer and creator collaborations, including outreach, coordination, and follow-up.

• Campaign support
  Support the team during launches, events, campaigns, and other marketing activities.

• Content coordination
  Help organise content, shoots, samples, and assets to support ongoing social media activities.

The internship starts in August 2026 and runs for a minimum of three months. As this is an unpaid internship, the role is best suited for students looking to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies.

Who are you

You are currently studying within marketing, communication, media, or a related field, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in social media and content creation.

Creative, proactive, and curious about digital culture, you have started building experience within social media through studies, personal projects, freelance work, or previous internships. You have a good eye for engaging content and understand what works across different platforms and audiences.

Creating videos, editing content, and spotting trends comes naturally to you, and you enjoy combining creativity with structure in the way you work. Curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. An interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle is a strong plus.

Essential skills to succeed

• Currently studying within marketing, communication, media, or a related field

• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation

• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Basic content creation and editing skills

• Strong communication skills in Danish and English

• Structured and detail-oriented way of working

• Curious mindset and eagerness to learn

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
