About the Role

A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure to key human resources functions that support the employee experience and overall business operations. You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to learn about attracting talent, onboarding processes, and the employee life-cycle.

Your work will help streamline processes, enhance candidate and employee experiences, and support the development of programs that build a strong, future-ready workforce. This role provides exposure to real-world HR operations and the opportunity to learn about the HR function while contributing to meaningful projects that drive organizational impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating and following established procedures and policies 
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including resume review, candidate sourcing activities and interview coordination 
  • Assist with candidate communications and gain exposure to best practices for delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with onboarding activities
  • Assist with updating records in HR systems (e.g., ADP or similar platforms) 
  • Support HR projects including exposure to process improvements, reporting, and program development
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to gain exposure to HR and business initiatives 
  • Perform other related duties and support additional projects as needed


What You’ll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A high level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition

  • Ability to move and conduct work with full range of motion.

  • Extended periods of standing
  • Ability to work in a general office environment

Compensation: 

This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Academic credit may be available based on individual school requirements.
