Designed to combine the luxury lifestyle of The Ritz-Carlton® and the casual freedom of a yachting vacation, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection offers voyages on three custom-built yachts: Evrima, Ilma and Luminara. Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Evrima features 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodates up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. About the role 

Join the team behind the world’s only 5-star cruise line and help shape unforgettable guest experiences from our operational office in Monaco. This internship gives you the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury hospitality and large-scale operational management. You will contribute to projects that enhance the guest journey, improve processes, and support service quality across our fleet. Making a real impact on how the guests experience our brand. 


During this internship, you will work closely with operational leaders, gain firsthand insight into guest experience strategies, and turn guest feedback into meaningful service improvements. This is a hands-on, project-focused role where your ideas and contributions will be valued. 

 

What you’ll do 

Operational Project Support 

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve guest experience and hotel operations. 

  • Track project milestones, action plans, and deliverables using project management tools. 

  • Coordinate across departments and support project follow-ups. 

Guest Feedback & Quality Assurance Analysis 

  • Review and analyse guest feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 

  • Create and follow up on action plans to elevate the guest experience. 

  • Assist in developing auditing tools that help track service quality and operational standards across the fleet. 

  • Support quality assurance team with new initiatives and projects 

Administrative & Coordination Support 

  • Manage departmental communications and follow up on special guest requests. 

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and operational teams.
