Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer II, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.
Our dynamic, innovative team is made up of 100+ collaborators in the EU and USA from a wide variety of backgrounds including engineers, business professionals and physicians, working together to develop AI solutions that help electrophysiologists help patients.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Business Operations Intern to support our U.S. operations team, reporting to our US Director of Business Operations. This 6-month internship (June - November) offers hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, physician engagement processes, and day-to-day operational support. The intern will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.
This is an ideal opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field who is interested in gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

- Support the maintenance and organization of internal data, records, and tracking systems

Assist with preparing and completing administrative and compliance documentation

Conduct research to gather and verify professional contact and background information

Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Track deadlines and assist with administrative follow-ups

Help document interactions and activities within internal systems or tools

Provide general operational and office support, including organizing materials and tracking inventory

Assist with basic invoice processing, filing, and recordkeeping (as needed)
Education and Experience:
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong research and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Previous internship or administrative experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of basic business operations and administrative processes

Familiarity with data entry, validation, and recordkeeping best practices

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI
