Interstates is currently seeking a Manufacturing Intern to join our Team in Fort Collins, CO. The Intern will be responsible for the fabrication of control system panels and pre. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external customers. The Intern will also provide direct support to Interfab, as defined in the primary job duties section, below. An ideal candidate will be results driven, safety-minded, and work well with a team. Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and constructing panels from layout to completion
  • Reading electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Electrical experience or background
  • 2+ years of fabrication experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lift between 50lbs occasionally
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Due to the nature of our work and our client base. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and complying with safety standards to protect their well-being.

Location & Travel: The position is located in Fort Collins, CO. Minimal travel is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
