About the Role

Social Media Community & Content Intern (Innisfree - Amorepacific US)

Amorepacific US is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Community & Content Intern to join our dynamic in-house team supporting innisfree, a fast-growing K-beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful social media strategies, brand partnerships, content creation, and community engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience at the forefront of the beauty industry while contributing to a global brand that has been driving innovation for over 75 years.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Campaign Support:

· Assist in brainstorming and creating unique, organic content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other priority platforms.

· Develop creative concepts for content series and social-first campaigns with the social team.

· Help design social assets using Canva for Instagram Stories, Reels, & Carousels.

· Shoot and edit video content for social media, speaking to camera when needed.

 

Social Media Community Management:

· Monitor and engage across all social touchpoints by liking and responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content, including ongoing review of recent and boosted posts

· Proactively drive conversation by participating in relevant cultural moments, trends, and comment threads while authentically integrating the brand

· Engage with creators, influencers, partners, and key retailers (e.g., Sephora, Sephora Squad) to strengthen brand visibility and relationships

· Support community building by recognizing meaningful creator and audience milestones and high-impact content opportunities

· Curate and obtain usage rights for user-generated content (UGC) to amplify brand storytelling.

· Monitor social trends and pop culture moments to identify opportunities for dynamic brand content.

 

Reporting & Insights:

· Pull weekly social media performance reports using Dash Hudson, identifying actionable insights.

· Analyze campaign metrics to inform future content strategies and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.

 

Logistical & Organizational:

· Manage closet inventory, including organization, tracking, and upkeep

· Coordinate and fulfill creator product orders

· Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed

 

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing one) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, public relations, or marketing (beauty or lifestyle experience preferred).

· Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools. Comfortable in front of the camera.

· Strong understanding of the beauty industry and social media trends.

· Excellent copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Hands-on, collaborative team player with a positive attitude and “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality.

· Must be passionate about beauty and working in social media
