About the Role
Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a qualified technical intern for Summer 2026 with course work focused in business operations, or similar domain. The candidate will work with our Noblis ESI team. 

 

Come be a part of an exceptional team of highly skilled professionals that help support key Federal Government and Department of War initiatives!  You will have the opportunity to work with Software Developers, Program Managers, Cyber Engineers, and IT expert team members delivering a wide variety of capabilities to our customers. The Noblis ESI Intel team develops, plans, and delivers emerging solutions ensuring the highest quality products are produced and implemented across a wide variety of federal government customers. 

 

The intern will:

  • Support all shared service functions as directed by the President and/or Director of Business Operations.
  • Collect and input timesheet information into automated accounting system / assist with labor corrections
  • Use CostPoint for adding charge codes for ESI employees
  • Arrange for the delivery of outgoing mail/packages
  • Sort mail and disseminate it to the right recipient
  • Manage the Noblis ESI Recognition Program
  • Collaborate and Partner with other Shared Services personnel to facilitate and accomplish company directives and goals
  • Process purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports.
  • Collaborate and interact with Noblis Inc., and Noblis ESI executive-level corporate management, internal departments, and external organizations
  • Monitor front doors and answer/distribute phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Order and stock office supplies, kitchen supplies, and equipment
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents using Windows Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Revise documents as directed and suggest revisions to improve overall quality
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Perform basic analytical tasks
  • Utilize internet sources and resources proficiently
  • Manage and organize projects and/or events
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Function as a HR liaison between ESI and Noblis, performing HR duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency status  
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level program with a GPA of 3.3 and graudation between Summer 2026 and May 2030
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, strong written and oral communication, and collaboration skills  
  • An interest and skill in any of the following:  
    • Corporate Business Operations (finance, accounting, human resources/organizational development, information technology, event planning/coordination, and marketing)

Desired Qualifications

  • Interest in being submitted for a US Security Clearance

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $23.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
