About the Role
Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in government contracting, business development strategies, and client relationship management. The intern will work closely with the Business Development team to support efforts in identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

 

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential government contracting opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations. 
  • Proposal Support:Assist in the preparation of proposals, including gathering required documentation, formatting, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Support outreach efforts to current and prospective clients, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and maintaining CRM systems. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide actionable insights for business development strategies. 
  • Administrative Support:Assist with maintaining business development records, tracking deadlines, and organizing team meetings. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and project management, to align business development efforts with organizational goals. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes is a plus but not required. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $20.00 - $20.00
