We are currently offering two (2) internship positions within our Regulatory Affairs team.

  • This posting includes two similar roles with a shared focus on process optimization, data analysis, and regulatory operations support.

Position Cluster: Regulatory Affairs Intern 

These roles are ideal for students interested in process improvement, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will:

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Support process optimization and automation initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs area
  • Conduct process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to enhancing workflows, controls, and databases

Regulatory Operations Support

  • Assist with documentation consolidation and Invima dossier assembly
  • Support daily operational and technical regulatory activities
  • Help maintain accuracy and compliance in regulatory records

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure data consistency through cleaning and preprocessing tasks

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with multifunctional teams on joint projects across departments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking students who are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields
  • Interested in regulatory processes, data, and continuous improvement
  • Able to work collaboratively in a structured and detail-oriented environment

Required & Desired Skills

Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to map, document, and communicate processes clearly

Desired:

  • Skills in data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Knowledge in programming, automation, or scripting
  • Familiarity with database management concepts
