Position Summary
The Corporate & Public Affairs Intern supports the company’s engagement with regulatory, legal, and institutional environments in Colombia and the broader region. The intern will contribute to public policy research, stakeholder relations, and the preparation of communications and strategic documents, working alongside a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of business, health, and government.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Research regulatory, legal, and public policy issues in Colombia, and occasionally in Ecuador and Venezuela.
    •    Analyze regulatory and policy documents to support company strategies.
    •    Prepare internal and external communications including policy memos, information alerts, presentations, and letters.
    •    Participate in meetings with sector stakeholders; monitor commitments and generate input for follow-up.
    •    Support institutional relations initiatives and industry participation.
    •    Provide administrative support for the area’s processes and activities.

Required Qualifications
    •    Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Government and Public Affairs, Public Administration, Communication, or related fields. Preferably in final semesters.
    •    Proficient English level (oral and written).
    •    Excellent analytical, synthesis, and research skills.
    •    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    •    Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Interest in public affairs, government relations, health sector policy, or regulation.
    •    Prior academic or extracurricular exposure to public policy, legal analysis, or government relations.
    •    Familiarity with the Colombian regulatory and institutional landscape.
